Post Office service is very poor.Long queues and only one or two assistants - We posted a parcel to USA and asked for Tracking and Insurance. It was also written on the parcel in the stamp area. No Tracking was given which we did not see until we got home. Very important one off item so no way we would have forgotten. Went back to store and explained no Tracking given altho' correct amount charged as on R.Mail website £30+ - got shouted down on the anomaly and had their booklet flapped at me and told W H Smith is nothing to do with Royal Mail - that was the Manageress. Beware of this place - make serious mistakes and not helpful.
