The customer service is shocking!
I ordered my bridesmaids dresses (3) 13 months in advance for my wedding, the dresses were made 2 weeks later.. not the original design I asked for & my flower girls dress was too small. Lynda said she would remake the flower girl dress and adjust the other dresses to the original design I wanted.
Had a few fittings and dresses remained the same exactly the same every time, 3 weeks before my wedding the dresses were STILL unfinished and remained the same!
Agree’d a collection date for all the dresses to be collected, 10 days before my wedding. On collection NONE of the dresses were altered or adjusted and are completely unwearable. When asked for a refund Lynda refused as she said I changed my date which is a lie! Still refusing a refund or even half for compensation giving i’ve had to have all 3 dresses re made!
Absolutely disgusting, no remorse for ruining my dresses & my wedding!!
I cannot stress enough to avoid this shop!!!

I took my daughter’s beautiful dress to Lynda’s bridal shop. I bought the dress at Beverly Hills shop at Fonthill Road and the owner of the shop recommended this place.

They’re scammers, they are not proper tailors they charged me £30 Plus a forced tip of £10.

The dress required little adjustment and length cutting. On collection my daughter said it was too tight but the “tailor” kept saying she only sewed what was marked and I failed to see what was wrong.

I only saw how badly the length of the dress had been cut when I went home and checked it in detail. The dress is very big and hen my daughter tried it I didn’t see.

I immediately complained to the owner sent pictures and she said her tailors wouldn’t do that. She said to go back but no way I was going to take the dress back to those botchers.

I took the dress to a proper Tailor and when I told them they cut the dress with my daughter still wearing they were shocked, It was not only the bottom of the dress damaged but the top too.

After, I went back to the shop and the “tailor” blamed me, she was rude and shouted. Horrible place so unprofessional. They now denied the whole thing but it won’t be long for them to get into trouble as they treat customers and their dresses recklessly.
Response from Lynda Manager
On purpose I have email you and ask you to come in and I will solve your problem when I mentioned that we have camera I watched all ready and ask you to watch together to see the condition of the dress when you took the dress from our store you run out with out saying anything you could be honest and tell us you burned the dress while you iron at hone we would still help you but you lie. And I don’t tolerance lie…
