I had a very bad experience about this Rafia store..the staffs was very rude . Sale item's 1 clothes price is £33.but sales girl charge me £39 . When I asked price is £33 why i pay £39? sales girl told me price tags are wrong. So I need to pay extra.. when she argue with me another staff came and told the sales girl price is £33.. So be careful when you purchase some think from Rafia store in green street london..

the shop is beautiful the clothes are lovely but the lady at the till was very arrogant and rude ,, i stood in front of her stuck up face for 8 mins before she actually served me she didn’t even bother saying good morning or even look at me , i’ve never seen anyone like that, people open these beautiful shops but know nothing about customer service
