Absolutely horrendous staff! Avoid this bridal shop like the plague! If you want a nice experience[edit] We placed an order for a bridal dress on the promise that they would have this ready by a certain date and that the alterations will be done on the same day. After placing the deposit down, they did not answer numerous calls or reply to messages over the next couple of months. Despite everything being in writing and clear in black and white, they refused to accept the customisable details that were asked to be done when we went to collect the dress. They lied about being a manager one day and just staff the other continuously going back into their cloakroom saying they are talking to head office! When they themselves are the registered directors of this company. They made the bride cry after abusing and patronising her for a period of 4-5 hours. The only reason she had no choice but to be patient and tolerate this was because she had no choice but to take the dress as the wedding was so close. This was without it being complete or fitted even though this was paid for. They were defensive and abusive in their manner of speaking and spoke as though they were having a street fight in the ghetto. They are ill-mannered and absolutely disgusting human beings in the way they treated the bridal party and the bride. I am writing this as a warning to anyone considering shopping here, please go elsewhere as I feel I need to warn other brides to be. I have bought customisable dresses and gowns my whole life and never experienced such appalling customer service and attitude from a business. I honestly believe that any positive reviews online are fake as there is no way that these women have the etiquette to deal with such a service or business. They need to be closed down!
