Love Me Do Brides

Great selection of dresses and most importantly lovely staff. They took the time to get to know me, properly pin me in to any dresses that didnt fit and were so happy for me one i found 'The One'. I almost wish i could do it all again!

This is my second time visiting a bridal shop! My 1st experience at a different shop was horrendous a friend recommended me love me do in kingston so I booked an appointment for the 1st of Feb 2014! I when I arrived I was so nervous the receptionist was so lovely and reassured me that everything was going to be ok. She introduced me to my assistant who had the biggest smile ever she asked me what style I was looking for and showed me all the different style dresses they had in. I wasn't rushed and I felt so comfortable. I ended up finding my perfect dress, belt and veil. SO HAPPY!

- ordered 3 bridesmaid dresses and they were all 1 1/2 - 2 sizes to big
- unhelpful and inconsistent information from staff when questioned the sizes of the the dresses
- dresses were wrinkled when arrived despite contract saying they would be fully steamed (staff admitted they were only partially steamed but still forced my bridesmaids to sign a waiver before they could take them - they had to since wedding so close and the shop was so far away)
- only chose them even though so far away because we thought good customer service at first - we were wrong!
