The service itself was ok, however after-care and enquiries for further work or purchases were not fulfilled, even with numerous messages, we were just being ignored. Very selective with how they treat people. Definitely not a good advertisement. Definitely would not recommend now. Still waiting to hear from Ash. Not interested anymore. Found a company who give good customer service and is fair to all. I originally recommended a friend, they contacted them and was told they would call them back to fulfil their enquiry. The call still hasn’t arrived. As I say, very selective.
