Initially I was impressed with the service, but when I had a problem with the wood that I had delivered I was not so impressed. I asked for a specific size that I needed, apparently if I was a builder I would know that I should have asked for a larger size because of the way it gets cut. Well I'm not a builder. After 25 minutes on the phone I accepted that although I had not been given the information when I was buying that I should have and that the problem was not going to be resolved so accepted that I would have to use a lot of filler!!!!! Unfortunatley after cutting the wood it transpired that I had been given two different patterns of architrave so the angle woudl not work on the doorframe. I took it back to the depot and explained all very friendly and off he went to change it. All well and good you may so but whislt buying some more wood and screws my husband got back tot he car and realised that he had been charged again for the incorrect wood. We had taken back the incorrect wood but needless to say having been charged we took this away as well. I don't know if this is standard practice but I think that a bit more customer service would not go amiss. If I make a mistake in my work I correct it at my cost I do not charge my clients again for an error I made.
