I found my visit to rhubarb and custard quite disapointing. They were in the midst of setting up for a pottery class, and myself and my partner felt very unwelcome and in the way. The staff was dismissive about an issue with the food (pastry burnt on the bottom) and when we asked about sandwiches she said (well..I guess I could go get some cheese or something). Based on that experience I dont think I'll ever go back. They should be running a private members only yummy mummy club, not a coffee shop.

Many thanks for the review. Unfortunately, we find ourselves having to advise the above comment must be bogus. We have not had pottery classes ever at our Lewisham Branch of rhubarb&CUSTARD. These we would have had at Manor Lane. This site we closed in September 2013. rhubarb&CUSTARD the cafe we have three sites. All within Lewisham. @Bellingham Leisure Centre, @GlassMill Leisure Centre, @Wavelengths Leisure Centre. We look forward to welcoming customers to all.
