Service was appalling.
The young woman behind the counter should not be in a customer service position. Rude. Lazy. Has a can’t be bothered attitude. Barely looked up from her phone to take my order and again when I asked a question. Interaction with other customers much the same. To be fair it was 4pm on New Year’s Eve but still… do your job.
