First of all NOT a chain of Italian shops, it's a British chain selling coffee from overseas. Secondly, they seem to employ second rate staff at the Wallington branch in Surrey. Poor customer behaviour mixed with appalling managerial skills leave you with a feeling of massive disappointment and a very bitter taste in your mouth.. Much better alternatives in this location. Best avoided if you prefer a nice ambiance with your over priced drink.
