Oh dear, it didn't bode well that I had to get up and collect my own menu. I ordered a main course and thought fruit tart/ coffee to follow. No one even came to ask whether desert was required. Again, I got up and asked the waitress for my order. Over fifteen minutes later nothing had arrived and it was clear that the order had not been registered as I found when paying. Just as well as waitress cleaning the glass above cakes sprayed detergent directly over the glass and onto the cakes. Manager suggested I write to their site. Cunning plan. It's not working! Felt very unwelcome
