At first impressed with the way tables were being cleared so quickly and found it quite pleasant but then I popped to the loo, and was nearly sick the toilet was in an absolutely disgusting state, blocked almost overflowed when I flushed it. Their was a used tampon on the floor by the toilet, the floor was wet round the loo. Toilet paper all over the floor looked like no one had checked it for hours. When I told a female member of staff she laughed to which I told her it wasn't funny. If their loos are in that state makes you wonder what the cleanliness is like in the out of sight kitchen.

Staff are always friendly, happy and efficient. When the queue starts getting long i.e during busy times, the Manager joins the team to make the service quicker. The shop is always well stocked and clean.
