Capturing the spirit of a true pasticceria, owner Max Natalini (a native of Tuscany) has worked closely with his pasticciere to create a range of products - from a delicate chocolate mousse served on a thin biscuit base, and available as small or large versions; to cream-filled cannoli and various versions of the croissant (‘cornetto’) enjoyed alongside a morning espresso in every café in Northern Italy, including one using sourdough and pastry cream. In order to bring the finest Italian coffee to London, Dolcezza is proud to be the only UK stockist of
Milanese artisan coffee company, 7Gr. Standing by the principle that it takes 7 grams of finely ground coffee, no more or less, to make a rich and full-bodied espresso, 7Gr was founded by four young Italian
sisters belonging to a family with a long-standing belief in the importance of the art of coffee roasting.

A large counter showcasing the day’s freshly made treats is the centrepiece of the room, with a window offering a glimpse into the pastry kitchen. Those eating in can choose from a corner of sofas and low tables, or well-spaced high tables and stools.
