I recently visited the Camden Town branch of starbucks and was humiliated by one of the members of staff. I suffer with a stammer and this was used to ridicule me by the barista who took my order. This was an appauling excuse for customer service and it made me very upset. I have been a loyal starbucks customer for many years and have never experianced customer service like this in any of their other stores. I suggest that to improve their customer relations they enrol each of their staff on a customer service course and carry out spot checks. to keep it up to standard.
