Arrogant, rude, unwelcoming attitude of the "I'm doing you a favour" owner made me think twice about whether I wanted to put any of my money in her pocket. I cancelled my order and went elsewhere. That woman is never, ever getting a penny of my money. Only in the UK could these people still be in business, because we're willing to tolerate appalling service. Vote with your feet or get mugged. You have been warned.

No prices in cafe, expensive luke warm food, not good service, Manager uneducatable and arrogant who seems to think that because he has been there for 17 years it is all good. There were not many people there lets put it that way! Don't bother! Lots of options locally.

I've shopped here for years and the food is excellent so was keen to try the restaurant when it opened.
The food is excellent ( and I'm an Italian!) and the staff are charming. Can throughly recommend it and it will now be my local.
