I visited Delicataste in Augsut 2009, and the experience was wholly unsatisfactory. The food was below par and had obviously been kept in frozen storage rather than freshley baked. The potato salad was quite nice, but I was severley let down by the service, which was very, very rude to both customers and what I assume was the manager was rude to her own staff, which created a very unpleasant atmosphere. Therefore the points I have given relate purely to the potato salad.

The Delicataste has an established reputation for wholesome, freshly prepared food and friendly service. This is reflected in our minimum four star rating by the Foods and Standards Agency over time. Both the invited and offered views and suggestions of our many customers over the twelve years I have managed this establishment have been overwhelmingly positive. We value and respect our customers.
