The staff at Snappy Snaps Clapham High Street are brilliant! They are always so helpful and knowledgable about all the different types of photos. I regularly go to get things printed and they are always so friendly.

I have been in twice ( and won't be returning ever again) I specifically told them I wanted next day pick up and they charged me for immediate photos- which came to £1 per photo- a total rip off! They didn't listen, the quality of the photos was shabby and I felt rushed into a decision I specially said no to. I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time, but to be treated the same way again, has lost them custom. Don't bother using them.

There's ONLY 2 guys in there and I can just tell they're not managing very well with clients. Another thing is that they tend to always look confused when talking to them and as a photographer that's pretty unprofessional.

I always see that branch empty and I am not even surprised in the slightest, they genuinely need more staff and especially more staff who know what they're doing most of the time.

Went in to have a film developed. Came back and half my pictures were red, a clear sign the film has been exposed to light. Instead of admitting their mistake in ruining my irreplaceable photos I was spoken to like an idiot and told that this was not the case, despite working with film for years.

The staff were rude, completely un-knowledgable and the place is overpriced. Would definitely not go back here.

Complete waste of money. Wanted a passport pic, paid £21 so I could have a digital copy and re-use it on other forms. The result was absolutely appalling. The lighting was inadequate so the picture was full of shadows (and red eye) that had to be edited out in order to be compliant with passport regulations. However, still had dark shadows on my face and my blonde hair looks almost black. The photographer also very badly edited out every stray wisp of hair so it looks very masculine and fake. Incredibly disappointed with these terrible pictures and ended up re-doing them in a photo booth.

I went in today to get photos transferred from my camera to a USB because I had lost the cable. It cost me £8 for the man to sit at his computer and drag the 10 files over. A bit expensive for such a tiny task in my opinion

I bought passport photos from them and they were not compliant, and they refused to give me a refund. My recommendation is to use a photo booth which is a lot cheaper and will actually be accepted.

A very disappointing and poor performing franchise of the Snappy Snaps chain.
The previous day I had successfully had 3 beautiful A3 size photos printed at the Covent Garden store and wished only to repeat this at my local store here in Clapham. Not only was I surprised to learn the prints were £10 more expensive each, when printed they were the incorrect size, the colour calibration lost the sepia effect I'd created and not bothering to wear gloves they man handled the prints without bothering to avoid fingerprint marks.
Better to pay the tube fare into town than waste one's money on these careless amateurs.
