Custom Ice

Friendly staff, very knowledgeable. Had an issue with my radio, took it into Custom Ice and all fixed within an hour. They also managed to sort it for less than they originally thought and charged me a lower price. Not many companies would be so honest and others I have used previously for my old car have charged an arm and a leg for a simple job. Will definitely recommend.

They need to give accurate quotes on jobs, if they encounter issues with installation not to increase price due to their own negligence. If you result in scratching panels inside the car whilst removing them inform the customer don't keep it to yourself and let them find out after. When giving information with regards to key features of the technology you are being paid to install make sure you are correct in what you say otherwise the consumer might not have chosen to go with that item. Overall this company is very inexperienced and could do with hiring people who are.
