Had an issue with the reversing on my audi s8 fault was traced and rectified in a very timely manner and at a reasonable cost.Would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Finsbury Car Audio...Thanks again!

Bought a Pioneer head unit to replace a Bolero in a Skoda Yeti. Brought it to Finsbury Car Audio, and I give them my highest recommendation. Communication with Leonard was excellent before the visit. They installed the unit along with a DAB antenna and all the required bits so that the reverse camera worked. Then the technician explained in great detail how everything worked. The job was excellent, as was the cost.

Never ever use these guys they tripped the ECU unit on my car while trying to fit an alarm cost me just over a £2000 to get repaired at main dealer. The owner then tried to blame me and said I wasnt pressing the button on the keyfob correctly. The only thing I can recommend is avoid

I recently went to Finsbury Car Audio as I wanted to upgrade my car radio and add Bluetooth to my sound system. I always find it quite tricky navigating the world of cars and technology, as I am not very knowledgeable in this department and in the past have been taken advantage of for my lack of knowledge.
My experience with Finsbury Audio was quite the opposite. Leonard was so patient with me in explaining my options to me and not once did he try the hard sell. I'd give the service I received top marks. It was a total pleasure dealing with them and the after care service I have received since, with any questions I have had about operating my new sound system, has been brilliant. I'm a very happy customer and would 100% recommend Finsbury Audio.

I was seeking advice as to what the best option would be for me.

I have spoken to finsbury car audio on a couple of occasions asking for advice on how to do a firmware update of my sat nav. They have been incredibly honest and helpful, and if I can't manage to do this myself, I will definitely take it over to them.

Im still currently dealing with them, I've been on the phone back and forward between Leonard talking about the system I want to run all morning now, extremely honest and no hard selling. I brought the full system online without really shopping around. The system I was initally looking at (probably a bit of an overkill) not many companies will honestly tell a customer they dont NEED to spend nearly £2500 all in on a system, theyd just go yeah sure.. thank you there much - that surprised me alot. Looking forward to getting my install done there hopefully this week or the coming weeks!

I've been using Finsbury car audio for as long as I've been driving. They've always been polite helpful and very patient with me. Their knowledge and expertise are the reason I wouldn't go elsewhere. There's no hard sell and if they can fix it rather than replace it - they will. I always recommend them to friends and have only had positive comments about them.

Very helpful.me living in eastlondon i traveled to North london to Finsbury car audio.great team of workers.got a very good deal on a pioneer system.they fitted it in my slk mercedes Benz.its been two

I shopped around a lot before getting a new audio system for my car. I came to Leonard as he was very helpful and very knowledgeable on the phone. When I came he asked me what I wanted and how best to accommodate my budget. He installed the device with no problem and got my audio system into the 21st century. I can't thank Leonard highly enough for the service and in future I will always recommend him to my family and friends. :)

I am delighted with both the upgrades to my car and the fantastic customer service I got from Leonard, the very experienced owner of this business. I had my iPod integrated into my BMW, and a very impressive sound system installed along with handsfree and DAB radio. The results are amazing and I am a very happy customer.
The staff took their time to explain the options and made sure I was happy with the result. They even made minor changes to the set-up after I'd had them installed.

Silly me, I did exactly what Leonard and his team advised me not to do, I left my radio face on my radio. Even worse I left the car open. Surprise surprise when I returned to find the car open and the radio gone.
I called up and they answered with my name. They had put my details into their database and knew exactly what I had purchased and when.
They booked me in the following day, replaced the radio with a better one with handsfree built in, gave me a discount as a returning customer & had me in and out in an hour.
Really pleased, top job and top service.

This is the first time I've ever used a pro audio installer and I am really pleased with the work done.
From start to finish the service was spot on and the advice given was offered without any OTT sales pitch. The work involved installing a DAB system in my classic 1965 Volvo and didn't faze the installers one bit, in fact there was also an MG Midget there having a sound system installed on the day that I turned up. Definitely classic car friendly!
Many thanks to Leonard and his team for a top job. Would I go back? Oh yes. Would I recommend Finsbury Car Audio? Absolutely.

Finsbury Car Audio is the nuts. Friendly, approachable guys running the place with Leonard at the helm. No jargon, no hard sell. I walked in at 9.00 and had an Alpine stereo fitted by 11.00 in a 1996 Jag - no problems. This is one of those rare car related shopping experiences - fantastic service.

As a woman, I'm always afraid of being ripped off when it comes to my car. My faith was restored when I visited Finsbury Car Audio.
I wanted a way to play my IPod in my car and they had just about every solution going.
They were helpful, very knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. They helped me make an informed decision without ever being pushy or over selling.
The installation was carried out quickly and then time and care was taken to explain everything to me.
What a great team, I would recomend them to anyone with confidence

They never once tried to sell me more than I want or need and are clearly not interested in customer dissatisfaction and having customers coming back with problems so very motivated to get it right and send you on your way (too popular to worry about cutting corners or using unqualified technicians).
What I've seen here is a really great team who are knowledgable, talented, and careful when it comes to installation, not to mention the Governor Leonard who is impressive all around when it comes to car audio.
Just got to add that when I first went round not knowing what was available or how any of this was going to turn out, in retrospect I feel so very grateful for going to Leonard and his team first and to my great relief that everything turned out so perfect and beyond my expectation.
In short - recommended.

I have found Finsbury Car Audio repairs to be extremely helpful, efficient and reliable. The owner was very pleasant and carried out various repairs to my car in an efficient and professional manner and the costs were very reasonable indeed. Definitely recommend this company.
