I’ve been taking my current and previous car to Enka motors and previous owner for over ten years! Ramos and his team are one of the most honest and efficient mechanics in North London. They don’t rip off women. So especially if you’re a woman driver, take your car to Enka motors. The only reason why they’re not getting a 10 out of 10 is because they don’t diagnose electrical faults.

Been using this place for years now. Just had an MOT done the other day. Fast friendly service. Also had a clutch replacement done here 6 month's ago, only took a few hours from phone call to full replacement at a great price. And never any problems.

I left my car to get the wing mirror changed with a second hand same body colour one which is blue and a power folding one. After 4 days, not hearing anything from them, I called them asking if it is done and they said it has been ready for some time now. If I did not call them, they would not call me to tell me the car is ready to pick up.
Moreover, instead of getting the second hand blue colour wing mirror, they bought a brand new black colour one, double the price and fitted it without even phoning and letting me know. Double charging was not limited to parts, they asked double the agreed labour as well as well which I did not agree to pay.
After all those mistakes, instead of apologising, they told me not to come to this garage ever again. I was asking myself, why would I come to this garage again anyway. I am not happy with the service, I am not happy with the price, I am not happy with the behaviour...
And it's just been 1 week and the newly fitted wing
