Had to go in - not with a car but a pram as my wheels jammed on the way to nursery with my two small children. They jet washed them and got them clear of mud and I was ready to go. So pleasant and happy to help with my random request! Thank you!

I strongly advise against using this repairer. My car went in on 8 March for a 2 week repair. I didn't receive my car back until 16 May, more than 2 months later.
An honest report on the status was not provided and varied depending on who I spoke with. 2 days before the car was due back, I was told that they needed 10 more days.
After the 10 days I was told that they had forgotten to order a crucial part. The order and fitting would take 3 more weeks. They suggested I could take the car away without this part, knowing they would be paid by my insurers and that my car would not be secu

Excellent Service, friendly staff and efficient with fantastic quality. PS I would most definitely recommend the paint protection product they sell, makes the car look a million dollars and also makes cleaning the car a very easy exercise

Not your typical repair centre. They care and made me feel that they had our my best interests at heart

I have to say that the service at M&A Coachworks was second to none. The communication was excellent and the quality of work was to a very high standard, I would highly recommend.

Website/marketing looks good but customer service is terrible. Not advised of correct dates that car would be ready - staff defensive and unapologetic on phone. Courtesy car not available when required. Would not recommend.

nice and shiny premises for a car repair centre, unfortunately this is all it has going for it! appalling customer service who do not keep you informed of the progress of repairs, forever chasing updates to be told contrasting stories depending on who you liaise with, best to avoid and user other repair centers. I have explained all of the above to the owners but still find myself waiting for the return of my vehicle 1 month after dropping off for repairs they advised would take 7-10 days maximum.
Have your say
