Enterprise Rent A Car

Surprised that anyone would leave a good review for this branch. The staff are rude and don’t listen when you try to explain things. I had huge problems whilst renting from them they incorrectly charged me near to £1000 because they wouldn’t listen. On three different occasions. When I got someone to actually listen a manager I was refunded. Also depending on how you speak to you will get a different response. This happened a number of times also they try to give you old cars they tried to give me a 2019 car which barely had electric windows. No CarPlay no satnav because the disc had been stolen. Yet for this heap of junk they charge the same money as if it was a 23 plate with all extras. Not all enterprise branches are like this I have used ones from Sidcup to Scotland and many areas in between. None of them are even close rlto how bad sidcup branch is the place is a dump with old cars bad attitudes and poor customer services choose another branch you’ll be better off in the long run.
