I chose the Vauxhall Battersea location as my mother lives in Battersea. Confirmation of reservation lists an address to pick up the car close to my mother's house. E-mail two days before pick up also states a Queenstown Road location. I called Sixt two days before and was told that that location no longer exists, I needed to take a taxi from Queenstown Road to a location in Victoria and would be reimbursed up to £10.00. Had I not called I would be standing on Queenstown Road tomorrow with no car. I now have to get to Victoria then back to Battersea prior to starting our trip. VERY POOR SERVI
