They overcharge you, so be aware i will never going back there to wash myToyota Prius for £28 thats insane.

I appreciate that these places have had a rough time during the pandemic, but I feel very annoyed that my Honda HRV has 'changed' from being a regular size car (£17), to a large (£20), to a very large (£25) on 6th November!
I pointed out to the manager the prices displayed on the wall, and that my car is smaller than an estate car (deemed to be large.) He was insistent, so I handed him £40, not convinced that I would see the £15 change, which I did.
I am inclined to contact the Trading Standards Officer. But beware these bullying tactics in quite a macho atmosphere. The guys working there are friendly and do a good job. Goodness knows what contracts they are on.

It is the second tie I have been overcharged by the manager. They advertise that medium cars are £17 and large £20. So it is top end of what is usually charged. I was charged £22 yesterday. This did not use to happen. Plus a good deal of dirt left on the inside. Unlike the Porsche in front when 4 men spent a very long time on it.
Will head to the Gospel Oak car wash in future.

Make sure you agree which wash you want before they begin, or you may be overcharged by the manager, (which is a shame as the others working there are honest, friendly, good people.)

The car wash is organised very well and they provide a great service. I appreciate how careful and thorough the staff works.
Pricing is ok considering the central London location and good value for money esp. after having tried a few others.

Opening hours could be extended.
