Hand Car Wash

They don't clean properly, they don't dry properly and they think they are gangsters who have no respect. This is why I told them 4 years ago that I will never go to their car wash ever again. Even giving them a 1 star is too high of a rating.

I have been using this car cleaning service for years. Even though I’ve left the area I still come back and use them.
On my most recent visit I couldn’t believe that they recognised me instantly and said I had left my spare car key on a previous visit. They had kept it safe for months until I returned again. How kind! So thankful. Always so polite and friendly. Highly recommended

This is one rubbish car wash ive been to today i should of left my car filthy instead. These fools which work there damaged my car they scratched the side of ny car using there dirty clothes. Very poor customer service workers there are rude. Am highly requesting all you people don't take your car there or u will face these issues. Please avoid that place.

This is the car wash in the car park at ASDA Crossharbour. I’m very angry with their service. I asked for a “Gold” service. They didn’t clean the seats and left a huge amount of food debris inside. When I showed it to them they said I should pay £70 for the platinum service to remove food debris. That’s basic cleaning stuff isn’t it? Then I looked at the dashboard and all they had done was sprayed lots of cleaning liquid and tried to wipe with a very dirty cloth. That meant the dashboard and console were left in a condition worse than when I took the car to them. Again I showed it to them and they kept arguing back shamelessly knowing fully well they had done a bad job. Never going back again. If you want to get your car dirtier than when you went there and be told off if you point it out then go ahead.
