Maybe take on more staff? They rush jobs to move onto the next. I paid £10 for them to do inside and out. I fortunately had shopping to leave on the passenger seat so noticed they hadn't cleaned the inside of that side at all. If I'd just got in the driver's side I wouldn't have noticed. I complained and was told that the car was too dirty and I should have washed it myself before bringing it! The manager got someone to do it but when I pointed out to him a mark on the outside passenger door he said it couldn't come off. He then walked away to talk so someone else who was also complaining
