My airpods disappeared from the car

I recently took 2 cars in for a clean here. I have used this place occasionally over the years. When I do use it, I always make it easy for the team to clean the car by clearing them out of all items inside first.

Generally I would recommend as the team do a good job for the £15 charge. I’m a bit old fashioned and will tip for a good service but the last two occasions when I gave £20 for each car cleaned and said to keep the £5 change, there was no acknowledgement nor thanks (and certainly no smile). If a tip of effectively 33% (generous I know) is not appreciated then why bother?

I am going to try elsewhere for a change next time but also to see if a tip there is at least acknowledged It costs nowt to say thanks and smile. But Hey Ho.
