The job was done but with terrible service, quotation was very different to final bill, starting on £150 carpet and collection of carpet, finishing on £200 and we dealing with the rubbish, not even packing it away as first promised. Also the guys who installed it charged as £10 more, £210 for a flight of stairs. The lack of clarity more annoying than anything else.
