Fantastic service, Antonio was so helpful when I called. He kept me updated on the order, and phoned on day of delivery. I used Antonio's fitters who were very proficient and helpful, also giving good advice.
Very competitively priced, will definitely be using Diamond cut carpets again. Highly recommended.

Ordered lino from here, a few days later bubbles appeared, I called the lady at the shop, she said she'd send someone to fix. No-one came. I visited the shop twice, each time they took my mobile number but no-one called. They need to improve customer service, and stop criticising other shops. Poor.

My family have been using Diamond cut carpets for years. The lovely lady behind the counter is always very helpful and their fitters are fantastic.
