We recently bought our stair and bedroom carpet from Carpet Co. Good choice of carpets. Very friendly staff, and quick delivery. No need to go further afield if you live locally.

The guy who runs it is not customer focused. I needed a formal quote - as you would for any building work - and he told me he would need to charge me for it. I've never heard of this, and of course as a quote in writing is standard practice he missed out on a significant amount of work.
