I used Battersea Carpets based on good recommendation from a friend of mine. Never will I use them again or recommend to anybody! Service is just awful, up until the moment I paid for their services (in cash by the way!) everyone was polite, prompt and full of good will. The second carpet was installed and I realised that not only it was of poor quality (the rotten/wet smell took weeks to disappear!), but also job was badly done and I was left with a big hole right on the edge of one of the steps!
