I have been going to this shop for a couple of years, donating and buying. All the staff that I have dealt with have been polite, friendly and chatty, unless they have been too busy for a chat. Can’t think of one negative comment!!

The man who works there really should not be in a customer facing role as he has no people skills whatsoever. His curmudgeonly manner lost him a sale today- therefore he is costing his company money and should be released.

I came to the shop this afternoon with 3 bags of donations.
I asked the man at the desk if the shop was accepting donations today.
He was very rude.
He said 'haven't you read the notice on the door?'
The door was open, as it was a hot day.
I explained that I had not seen the notice, as the door was open, and asked him what it said.
Instead of politely informing me that the notice said that donations were not being accepted today, he pointed to the notice, saying to read it.
I told him that his rudeness was unacceptable.
I can't understand why a charity would want to have someone like that representing them on the high street.
