The lady was abrupt on the phone and told me if i was making a donation I had to be there by 2.30 even though the shop closed at 4. Sh didnt seem interested in taking a donation at all!
I found a more local animal protection shop who were very ahppy with my donation at the loss of last chance animal rescue
