Highly recommend this pharmacy. They always listen to the issue at hand and provide very good advice with great recommendations. They don't look at making a profit but put the customer's needs first. I.e. if an unknown brand product does the same as a known brand one they would tell you that but leave the decision to the customer. This is my go-to pharmacy anytime i need one

I would highly recommend Muhammad's Pharmacy as I think they are very honest and efficient. they go out of their way to help customers and my late fathers prescriptions were always ready whenever we needed them. my family have been using their services for many years and I wouldnt change chemists as most of the other chemists locally usually dont have the stock for my prescriptions. not sure why others have left negative reviews - perhaps they expected too much or were having a bad day as they sound very negative and hostile.

Really appalled by their attitude when all I was asking if my medicine was ready

Poor standard of service. They seem unaware that they are dealing with people who are ill. It is standard procedure for Chemist to automatically ask for renewal of prescriptions... This chemist couldn't be bothered, as they claimed their e-mails were ignored or deleted by my Doctor. Which in fact was untrue, as I phoned my Doctor, and ONLY after badgering the Manager,(who claimed I was rude) which is untrue, did the receptionist inform me that she had my prescription request on her screen in front of her!...They are Lazy and highly unprofessional, your better off going to Boots or ANY other Chemist, than these dullards
Response from Victoria long term customer
Not sure what this chap is on about as I have been using Muhammad's for the last 8 years and they have been excellent at ordering and managing my NHS prescriptions. They have always sorted out any issues for me and my kids with the GP surgery in regards to prescriptions and I would always chose them over other chemists in the area - especially Boots. You sound demanding and rude and should adjust your attitude and expectations instead of blaming other people all the time.
