Not good customer service. Despite early call request wouldn’t stay open 2 extra minutes to facilitate prescription collection ?? Will likely change pharmacy

I am charged more than other Covid -19 test centres for PCR test. Secondly, I did not receive it yet. I could not travel today because I did not get the result of the PCR test. I am very disturbed and disappointed for not receiving the result of my test. If I do not get it. I will miss my flight and I will suffer an irreparable and unimaginable loss.
