Regal Pharmacy

I can say nowt about the pharmacy side of the business but don't go there for passport photos.
I wanted photos for a passport renewal, a service which they advertise and which is not currently available elsewhere locally. They failed twice to take a photo acceptable to the government website - both photos received a "too close" error message, which is clearly the fault of the photographer not the subject.
Despite evidence of the error messages they refused to retake the photographs and did not apologise for the time wasted.
