Bailey & Saunders Highgate Pharmacy

They are a well established independent village pharmacy with a a good selection of the things you would hope to find. The shop is comfortingly old-fashioned but the service is thoroughly up to date. They are friendly and helpful. Their advice is sensible, practical and sound. I have recurrent prescriptions and they dispense them for me. They are a real asset to the village.

Greet customers when they walk in. Respond pleasantly when customers say Hello. Offer assistance when it is asked for. Look customers in the eye. Say the price of goods out loud rather than expecting customers to know.

In short: show a little humanity and courtesy.
