Austin, the boss in Rye Lane is just about the kindest, most helpful and well informed person I have encountered in a pharmacy anywhere, ever. It is so obvious that he loves his job and his willingness to go the extra mile to help me out in ordering medicines at such short notice is not something I will forget. It is so much in stark contrast to the impudent, sulky unhelpful attitude of the staff in all the other pharmacies in Rye Lane who rudely refused to order the medicines for me.
Again I say Austin simply loves his job and he likes people, the others on Rye Lane should be booted out of the profession.
