Talk about what not to do the first thing he said no exchange or refund not hello or hi the name is ride told us to F off out of his shop when we questioned why he’s being rude to us avoid like covid

The times I have been in this shop to buy uniform the man who owns it has been very friendly, helpful and chatty to me and my little girl.

The sales people in store look like post Covid dipressed. No welcoming, no courtesy. Totally rude and arrogant as if they are not serving customers, serving beggars. Not encouraged to go back or recommend anyone. No one deserves so cold behaviour on any cost

Improve customer service, especially over the phone.

Gentleman was cold and very rude.

Will take my custom elsewhere
