Good service

The manager should learn some manners and customer service. Popped in to get a replacement PE t-shirt, as the school logo started coming off like powder after one 40° wash. The lady who served me was understanding and apologetic, whereas the manager (possibly owner) briefly came over and said "they must have boiled it". Had he not immediately slithered away again, i would have told him a few truths about his poor quality shirt and his stinking attitude.
Will avoid if possible. Ordering from Tesco instead. I don't like to effectively be told I'm an idiot by the person in handing my money to.

Good proportions for books, good night time visibility reflectors reflectors and lightweight. Not waterproof, but let down by substandard poor materials and 3rd rate construction, Weak areas of bag are the strap stitching fails and creates tears in top of bag. We are on the 3rd bag now in only 2 years, I have a rucksack that is 16 years old and still going strong. These bags are not fit for purpose and the manufacturer should be changed. If this bag fails again we will be buying a quality Berghaus/Northface bag and attaching the school badge to it.

Poor attitude from shop owner when trying to exchange the shoddy goods for replacement under sale of goods act - stand your ground and don't be fobbed off as he tried with us.
