Start by being polite to customers. Telling women they are fat is not kind. I would never in a million years recommend anyone using your services after how I have been left feeling on more than one occasion.

A truly heartless company.

I took in a tux to be adjusted 2 weeks before my wedding and because they rushed the pinning, causing a huge error in the fit. I questioned the pinning at the time, only to be met with assurities that everything was okay, however, when I tried on the tux and the abysmal fit was clear to see, they not only didn't apologise but tried to blame me.

Despite them being aware of the event, there was no urgency to expedite the correction and only when I protested did they bring it forward from 4 days to 3.

The final kick in the teeth was charging me to put it back to what it originally was before their error.

I cannot warn you away from these cowboys enough.

IF YOU WANT TO BE A VALUED CUSTOMER AND DON'T WANT YOUR CLOTHES TO GO MISSING THEN DON'T USE THIS COMPANY.

I have used this company for over a year and have spent a lot of money on both dry cleaning and clothing repairs. Usually their quality of service is very high and I felt comfortable leaving expensive garments in their care.

until recently, I had misplaced a ticket and went to collect a large post holiday pile of cleaning. On returning home I noticed That a pair of my trousers were missing along with several other garments. They denied having any of then and told me to check at home. I continued using them, 1mth later the rest of the garments turn up apart from the trousers. They allowed me to look trough although I could not find them. Up until the beginning of Aug I kept going in giving benefit of doubt. I finally gave them an ultimatum regarding the missing trousers. They opted not to take responsibility.

To put this in to perspective I have spent around £2000 if not more in the last yr the value or the trouser was £130. They obviously have no regard for their loyal customers.
