I went into Piranha originally for the free comic book day, but I have been back numerable times since.
I am pretty new to comic books, and after explaining to some of the employees about which comics I had already read they immediately recommended me many other great comics to read, and I have enjoyed them all thoroughly!
The staff are very knowledgable and helpful, especially for newbies like me! The shop itself is clean and tidy, unlike most comic book shops and I would highly recommend it to anyone who reads comics or wants to read them, or who collects action figures etc

After hearing about free comic-book day last year, I was intrigued about this shop. What i found was an amazingly welcoming re-introduction to comic books, with a wonderfully helpful group of staff, who will always welcome you and use your interests to assist you to widen your variety of genres, I prefer darker comics and would promote to others who like this genre, Bedlam, Saga and the classic Watchmen (which i had a misprint which copied a chapter,went in recently and had it exchanged with no fuss). I will overly promote this company and hope that one day I could possibly work with them!

Went in to be greeted by friendly and very knowledgeable staff. Very helpful in finding anything I was after.
Very good availability of comics and ability to put comics on standing order with very little hassle.

I have just moved into the area and was looking for a new comic book store for my son and I. After one trip here there was never going to be another choice. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff who couldn't do enough to help me with my standing order and my son to find the title he wanted (first time buyer, wasn't sure what he wanted!). We now come in once a month to collect our order and are greeted like old friends every time.

Absolutely best service in a comic shop in The UK I've witnessed

Very friendly staff good stock toys books and comics Shame they're not further up the high st

All in all I recommend a visit to these guys

I went to Piranha's comic book store today and I will be back as often as I can because of the exceptional service and friendly atmosphere. The shop was organised and the staff were enthusiastic and happy to advise me on my purchase. It was very tidy unlike other comic book stores and I immediately felt happy and welcome. I can't wait to return and think that this comic book store should be for everyone in Bromley :)

Saw the store on a trip home on the bus and vowed to go in, went in a few days after and have since returned numerous times, Staff always greet you with a smile and are willing to talk with you.

They always recognise their customers unlike most shops, which shows they value their customers. Whenever I'm having a bad day and I can find the time, I pop in whenever possible even if just for a browse. Definitely recommend this shop to many others.

A fantastically stocked shop. Up to date with the majority of comics from DC, Marvel, Image, Valiant, IDW and Dark Horse.
Staff are really friendly and are more than willing to help guide you in the right direction.
A great selection of collectible action figures and statues alongside some CGC comics and rare issues.

Enough room to have a wander around and I've never felt pressured to buy anything.

Originally went into the shop purely because it was raining. Having not picked up a comic for around a decade, I wasn't clued up about the range of comics available until a month or two later when I stumbled onto their well-updated Facebook page where I noticed the 'Before Watchmen' line.
This acted as a gateway drug into the world of comics and I have since ventured to the shop many times, always being greeted by a dynamic line-up of enthusiastic staff that are always at hand to help as well as suggest their favourite reads. Piranha has single-handedly renewed my interest in the medium.
