Terrible repair store. Do not use.

I gave them my Sony Xperia to repair the screen. The replacement screen was so dark that adjusting the brightness was not possible as it would result in the screen going completely black. By the end of the day, the screen was no longer functioning.

Brought the handset back the next morning & was reassured it was a faulty replacement screen & another would be used.

The next screen fix resulted in:
1. Not calibrated, thus not possible to use the keypad properly as impossible to select correct tiles.
2. The camera no longer functioned.
3. The torchlight came on automatically.
4. The screen blacked out by the same evening.

When the handset was taken back in a third time in 3 days, was told they would get a new screen from a new supplier as this batch must be faulty.

When handset was picked up, was told it could not be fixed as the motherboard must be faulty?? There was NOTHING wrong with my phone be

I strongly encourage no one to use this shop.

I took my iPhone in for a screen repair and the next day the screen popped out leaving a gaping hole. When I returned to the store to get it fixed again or replaced I was told it was my fault and my problem, and offered no support or refund. All for £95... Having contacted them yet again I have been told it is my fault, and to deal with it.

Having used other repair services who have been more attentive, receptive and helpful in the past, I strongly encourage you to avoid this store.
