Con artists really bad manager tried to con me put pf a product that was being bought for £90 he went from offering £45 down to £25 when I showed him the prices online was £90 that CEX was offering he tried to lie and said it wasn't the same product I showed him the product number to confirm he got angry and the refused to buy. He's a theif in the community.

The guy is so rude he never say hello or thank you. His face is so stuck up. When I arrived to photocopy some papers he didn't even greet me and was unwilling to help me. He is unprofessional. I needed a tiny bit of tape and was charged 50p to use it! Do not go to this shop this man needs a lesson in customer service and he doesn't have knowledge on how to fix mobile phones or laptops! Please avoid go elsewhere!
