A dishonest business without the skill set to do the job correctly. Brought my laptop in to be repaired. The charger port on the side was bent and needed to be replaced . Waited a week for a job that takes around 30 minutes. Returned home with the fixed laptop and now it no longer connected to the wireless internet. Was advised by guy who did repair to format harddrive because he may have repaired it and interrupted a windows update and caused a software problem. Spent hours and hours doing this. Still no wireless. Said he would repair it for an additional £30. Gave laptop back and asked him to put the old charging port back in to the laptop and refund me. When he did this the internet wireless was working again. He never apologised for his mistake/incompetence but I guess some people are like that. Had a discussion and let him do the job correctly this time. Charging port and wireless now work but auto screen rotation, auto tablet mode and keyboard lights no longer work. He said he would look in to it with someone he knows from HP. I said that would be appreciated and told him not to stress to much as it is not of major importance. Texted him on what he had found out and never heard from him again. Dishonest and poor skills. Let him do your work at your risk.

I took my ipad in for repair here as it had a cracked screen. The screen used to replace it was a much darker glass than the original screen. The colours of the ipad screen are now drained and dull. At no point was I told that an inferior screen would be used. I brought this up immediately with the shop and they took it back to see what they could do. They kept it for over 2 weeks and they did not get back to me. I had to go back in and they gave me the ipad back and nothing had been done. I paid £120 pounds and I will have to pay for for the screen to be replaced again. The shop said customers were happy with 10 % less quality for the price of repairs. I wouldn’t have spent £120 for a repair expecting 10% less quality – maybe others do. I’ve learned my lesson and will go elsewhere and would not recommend this shop at all.

One of the best place to fix your gadgets like smartphones and laptops.I did fix my water damaged Apple Mac for £120 only. Friendly staff! I do recommend.
