Really helpful on phone, gave good advice and had what I needed, job done withoutmthe horror of going to PC world, will go back here from now on.

I had numerous problems with my laptop. Tried many different computer repair shops to fix it. The only place capable of solving the problem was The PC Place. Outstanding service, things clearly explained. I was I'd gone there in the first place and not wasted my money elsewhere.

PC Place have a lack of IT knowledge and are unable to even deal with the smallest fault, although they will still try and charge you. The shop is extremely dirty and I would not recommend their services to anybody.

Absolutely excellent service, I cannot recommend this place enough - the owner is knowledgeable, friendly and will not try to rip you off. Also, very VERY fast repairs compared to rivals.
