Anyone trying to start your own business please do not go near this company - you would not believe what they get away with. They are very nice when they want to sell you something but this is where it ends. I would compare them to timeshare touts. I have been moved fifteen times in three years, each time to different centres, they give you no help with this and do not compensate you. Their virtual office do not answer your calls, tell people to phone back, and are rude to people, when you complain to MWB they pass the buck or just do not resolve it as once you have signed a contract they are concentrating on getting their next sale. They will sell the office they have put you in from under you, regularly I would chase sales people out of my office who would walk in at 7 at night, we often lost email/phone access for days at a time and when you complain they do not care.
Basically if you are looking for unprofessional service, your calls not to be answered, a variety of offices which change monthly, unhelpful staff, managers who don't care, and generally like going into battle and getting no where, then this is the company for you!! You even go past the admin offices and hear them discussing how they can get around the contract - just awful in every possible way
