Nisa Local Victoria Food

the man who runs this shop has now been extremely rude and unhelpful to me both times i have tried to use it, so i have now decided to boycott it and use the Spar just down the road. He seems to find it impossible to be polite, or helpful to his customers, and i suggest he would be better off in a job where he wasnt having to deal with people since this is obviously not part of his skill set. He has managed to embarass and humiliate me both times i entered his shop, for reasons i fail to understand - i have never been treated quite with such contempt ever in a shop in my life, and still feel quite traumatised by it, especially as i was not being at all unreasonable, only expecting that he would serve customers in the order they were queuing, and did not make up random rules about the use of debit cards without any signage or warning, and furthermore that he did not rudely argue and rant at innocent customers.
In fact not only would i have given the shop a 0 rating if it were possible, i would strenuously avoid it in future and would advise all potential customers to do the same. The man who runs the admittedly smaller spar just down the road is polite and helpful, and i would advise anyone to use his shop instead, or just to take their business to proper shops with some idea of customer service.
This shopkeeper is a disgrace to the Nisa brand and has already lost them my business.
