Staff training and customer service is paramount. I come do the shop on a weekly basis like today , stepped in said "good morning , can you please ....."
I got back no eye contact, no smile no reply. It looks like this particular member of the staff does not want to work there by his body language, it happens every time I go there, so I will not come back.
