Disgusting service and staff and rude! Do not visit this shop! Worst customer service I have ever experienced, avoid at all costs.

Awful. I chose this shop as DPD pick up point, so that I won't miss the delivery. DPD attempted the delivery on Friday but the shop refused to receive the parcel, now DPD returned the parcel to the depot and scheduled to deliver Monday, which is too late! I need it for weekend. It's just tiny parcel, no reason to refuse. According to DPD, the shop said they have too many parcels so they refused. No point to be listed as pick up shop. Avoid.
